I realized the other day that a couple of my current ACEO auctions needed updating. Both Organdy and Evermore had originally been posted without a signature. These are also more accurate and clear photos of the art works. For the collectors amongst you, all my ACEO have a front and back signature, plus a certificate of authenticity. My auctions can be viewed at Daily Paintworks. Although Organdy appears in places as starting at $15 that is an web error; when you click through to the buy/auction area it shows the correct starting price of $9. These two paintings were created in the same day with the same bunch of flowers as inspiration. They look quite different because Organdy is a multi-layer warm toned translucent painting and Evermore is alla-prima with cool tones and intentional glints of base peeping through.
